ABOUT

What up?! My name's Heather, and I'm primarily an RPer here on Dreamwidth. I've attempted to dabble in other things: blogging and the like, and I might be able to do that at some point in the future, but at the moment, I'm going to stick to using this sight for RP purposes. If for some reason you're still reading this, though, I'll let you know a little bit about me.

When I'm not online (which is...a LOT) I'm usually at work. I work at a big-chain bookstore called Barnes & Noble, where I am the resident SciFi/Fantasy/Horror specialist. That's a fancy way of saying I curate my store's Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror subjects (speaking of, I'm always open to suggestions, so feel free to drop me a line). I'm an avid reason who has recently started getting into Cosmic horror (think HP Lovecraft), but I'm also a 38 year old millennial who loves her music, her video games, and her Drizzt Do'Urden Forgotten Realms obsession.

I enjoy Horror games, JRPGs, MMOs (fun fact: Vikael is the name I use for all of my video game characters), western RPGs and Point and Click Adventure games (a sadly flagging genre).

Pronouns are she/her.

ROLEPLAYING

I have a few original characters floating around, though only one is active in a game, currently. I do RP from fandoms more often, and they are varied and assorted. I tent toward the damaged, either with big personalities or quietly big ones. They tend to be protectors in one way or another and tend to look before they leap.

I am the creator and mod of aterat, which is an activity-free jamjar setting everyone is free to browse.
